In China, jobs such as kindergarten teacher, nursing, accounting, and light manual jobs，are traditionally done by woman. Politics, armyman, fireman, truck driver, and heavy lifting type works are traditionally done by man. Althrough some jobs straditionally done by man can also be done by woman today, many jobs still exceed women's physical limits. I don't think the situation is changing today, because the fact can't be changed, which women are different from men, and they differ in capabilities as well.
Actually, men are different from women, but, at presnt, women can work on the job which they can't do in the past. We should see the changes.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if more women are joining the army in China? I know in Canada and the US, it used to be a job only for men, but increasing numbers of women are joining the military here.
