In Asia, Swindlers use the technology of VOIP(Voice Over Internet Protocol ) network telephone access to telecommunications, mobile and other operators in the system, then they use a software to change any telephone number. They pose as telecommunications bureau, Public Security Bureau, courts and other units of staff to dial telephone in random batch mode, which telephones show Telecom departments, public security, and court machine off hotline number, to protect the families of victims of the funds and property on the grounds of network of telephone fraud. Because network telephone fraud is hidden and difficult to track, many people have suffered.
I think Calgary is a safer city than my hometown. I haven't experienced any fraud since I came to Calgary on Apr. 19. I think that promoting employment and increasing people's living are the best way to reduce crime.
There are many Network Telephone Fraud recently. We need many network police to track the network fraud.
ReplyDeleteOne common telephone scam in Canada right now is for people to call your number and tell you that you've won a free vacation. Of course, they want you to send your money before you can get your "free" trip!
